Shipping & Returns
the neverending balloon offers flat rate ground shipping across the United States and Canada. Domestic and Canadian orders are shipped via less-than-truckload freight. All shipments are curbside delivery, which means to the first dry threshold of the address. You are responsible for all duties, custom tariffs, taxes, and VATs for all Canadian orders. White Glove Delivery Service is available for domestic and Canadian orders at an additional charge.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days after the order is received, not including made-to-order or custom design+build orders. Made-to-order items have a lead time of 4 weeks after the order is received. Custom design+build orders will have a lead time that is applicable to the project. Depending on season, size of order, and number of current orders, an order may take longer to ship. Rush orders are available by special request and may incur additional charges for production or shipping costs.
Customer must be onsite to receive, inspect, and sign for delivery. Please inspect items at the time of delivery and only accept merchandise received in good condition. Company is not responsible for delayed shipping of products caused by the shipping carrier or for products that are lost or damaged in transit.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
You may receive a refund of the purchase price or be eligible to exchange the product for another product of equal or lesser value, if the product is returned within 21 calendar days of purchase and returned in its original condition (i.e. new, unworn, undamaged). Based on the value of the order, there is a 10% restocking fee per order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In order to qualify for a return you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return or exchange. We will provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment. You are responsible for the cost of shipping a returned product and must ensure that the product is carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
The Company will process your return promptly upon receipt of the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take one or two billing periods before refunds appear on your billing statement.
Personalized or custom items as well as items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
